Share Your Story

As homeschooling increases in popularity, so will the numbers of adults working while teaching their kids at home. And they will count on the wisdom and advice from people who have done what they aspire to do.

When we "veteran homeschoolers" share our stories and insights, we help make the process a little smoother for the next group of parents.

If you are a working homeschool parent willing to share your experiences and ideas with other would-be homeschool parents, then please leave a comment* below. (You may do so anonymously, if you wish.)

Have a question?

If you'd like to ask a question about homeschooling while working, you can leave a note here, too. I may choose to answer it here, via Facebook, or in a blog post. (For a detailed personal response or coaching session, see my consultations page.)

  1. My husband and I both work full time at our church, and we homeschool our 11-year-old daughter. She comes with us and works mostly independently. I don't have time for a lot of planning/grading, so we have enrolled her in an online Christian academy. I know not all working families are blessed to be able to do this, but it works for us!
